This is a great book....unusual, & compelling plot, wonderful characterisation, and exciting action. Pippa Jay made me believe in, and care about the main characters, and I read the book quickly, not wanting to put it down. The story kept me wondering when I was unable to read, and I am eagerly awaiting the next book.

DeleteKeir is an outcast, cursed and dying. Why? Because he is different. Beautifully written, I was transported. The touch of romance satisfied the chick-lit loving side of my personality (sad I know) while the action and adventure appeased the Dr Who and time travel fan within. Thumbs up from me!
